Designing my book was a very easy process. Turnaround and delivery was very quick too. And when I received it I was absolutely thrilled with the quality of production. All photos were beautifully clear, even the stills I'd taken from videos! Would highly recommend using this service, thank you Vistaprint ♥

Good but could be improved

I've ordered multiple photo books in the past and they have been great! However I ordered two more book recently and wasn't happy with the quality of prints. Previously I ordered the 200GSM Premium Gloss and it looked great, this time I wanted to try the 150GSM Satin. But the print quality is not the same - photos look blurry/pixelated in both books. Support team was very helpful though and sent a replacement as they said that there shouldn't be a difference in quality between the satin and the gloss, but the reprint was just the same. Gloss is the only option for sharp images, which is a shame because the overall satin look and the 150gsm would be lovely because it feels more like a magazine. I added reference photos which hopefully show the difference (Kangaroo is gloss, Deer is satin)

Happy with the book but . . .

I have shopped with Vistaprint on and off for years for a variety of quality products, including a number of photo books. The A4 book I received recently arrived in the mini size - I thought I had ordered A4 but it was probably my mistake. I reordered in the correct size, The photos, of my wedding, were 34 years old and taken on a variety of cameras, none digital. On the screen most seemed fine though some were a bit faded looking others looked great. I was looking foward to the seeing book and was then very sad because the photos came out very dark. Much darker than the original photos, and what is on my computer screen and the Vistaprint website. It's a shame after waiting so loing.
