Poor packing, card arrived with damaged corners.

Disappointed with VistaPrint’s Declining Packaging Quality I’ve been a long-time customer, placing bulk orders worth $$$$$ annually, but lately, VistaPrint’s packaging quality has been extremely disappointing. My recent brochure order arrived with bent and creased corners, making them look completely unprofessional. A few days later, I received a strut card—shockingly packed in just a padded bag instead of a proper box. Unsurprisingly, the corners were damaged, just like the brochures. For a company that specializes in professional printing, such careless packaging is unacceptable. I’m now skeptical about continuing business with VistaPrint if this lack of care continues.

The design was submitted in our brand colours of Beige, Chocolate brown, Cream & Mustard as seen in photo #1 & they arrived in shades of grey, photo #2 & are not usable at all. The writing is also a bit blurry.

No. Our tabletop display signs have a folding stand attached to the back, which prevents us from printing there.

We don’t recommend it. This screen board material is neither water nor wind-resistant, so we advise that you limit use to indoor settings. If you’re looking for an outdoor-friendly signage option, you may want to consider our flags or outdoor A-frames.
